de fruits : les agrumes.<\/p>\n                    <p>Les oranges, citrons et autres fruits de cette classe sont une source tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante de&nbsp;vitamine C : une orange ou un petit verre de jus d\u2019orange sans sucre ajout\u00e9 contient 70 mg de vitamine C, soit plus de la moiti\u00e9 des besoins\n                      moyens de cette vitamine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <p>Les&nbsp;citrates qu\u2019ils contiennent sont&nbsp;alcalinisants et permettent de lutter contre l\u2019acidose m\u00e9tabolique, comme nous en avons parl\u00e9 dans un poste pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <p>On consommera ces agrumes sous forme de&nbsp;fruits frais (un par jour, en saison ou congel\u00e9s) ou sous forme de&nbsp;jus maison, sans sucre
